By purchasing a place on an English National Ballet class or workshop you agree to the following terms and conditions:

-  To inform the Department of Learning of any existing injuries or medical conditions
-  To be available on the emergency contact number you have provided throughout the workshop (children under 18 only)
-  Ensuring that you or your child/ward arrives at, and is collected from the workshop punctually
-  You or your child/ward participates at your/her/his own risk and acknowledge that English National Ballet cannot be held responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage to your/her/his person or property
-  In the unlikely event of a serious medical emergency, English National Ballet can seek immediate professional help
-  You or your child/ward having photographs taken of them participating in the workshop. These images may be used in publicity materials regarding English National Ballet’s Learning work
-  English National Ballet reserves the right to change the ballet tutor
-  English National Ballet reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen and exceptional circumstances
