It is with sadness that we announce that Patrick Harrison, ENB’s Executive Director, will be leaving the Company toward the end of the year, to take up the position of CEO of the Royal Ballet School.

Patrick has served the Company with distinction over the past eight years. He has helped lead the organisation through the challenges of the pandemic, through the move to our visionary new dance centre on City Island and through the successful transition of the artistic leadership, helping bring us to the exceptionally strong position we are in today.

Patrick will continue to work alongside our Artistic Director, Aaron S Watkin, and our COO, Grace Chan, until towards the end of the year, as we deliver a full programme of exciting new performance work and a busy schedule of Engagement activities.

We have already commenced the search process for Patrick’s successor, and are focused on ensuring a smooth transition.

Patrick will leave with the thanks and heartfelt appreciation of the Board and the rest of the organisation.
