Content and level
Our ballet-inspired class is designed for dancers to increase core-strength and flexibility. BalletFit includes elements of yoga, Pilates, gentle stretching and body conditioning, beginning with barre work and moving to floor-based exercises during the class.
No experience is necessary and classes are open to anyone aged over 18 years. If you have never taken class with us before, we recommend taking one of the final classes of the summer term as a taster ahead of booking the full autumn term.

Refunds and exchanges
- Refunds and exchanges are not permitted except where events or classes are cancelled or abandoned by ENB when less than half the event or session has taken place.*
- We regret we do not offer class swaps or credit for missed classes. This applied to both drop-in and termly enrolled bookers.
*In exceptional circumstances due to medical reasons, please apply in writing with a medical certificate for discretionary consideration of a refund.
