Dance for Dementia Classes
Our dance classes, accompanied by live music, are designed to engage the body and mind. They are inspired by ballet and contemporary dance techniques and include seated and standing exercises for all abilities. Led by our experienced team of Associate Artists, classes are supported by a team of volunteers.
Social time with refreshments follows the practical dance classes.
All ages and experience levels are welcome.
