Dance for Parkinson’s Open Day – Let’s Dance!
What is Let’s Dance?
Let’s Dance is a day to bring people together through dance, raise awareness of the physical and mental benefits, and to encourage those who don’t usually dance to give it a go.The mission is to get more people dancing together, regardless of age, fitness level or experience.
How can I get involved?
Enjoy a day of dancing at the Mulryan Centre for Dance, bring a friend, buddy or relative, or come on your own, and experience an enjoyable Dance for Parkinsons’ taster class. Celebrate the nationwide campaign with a mass participatory moment bringing all our Dance for Parkinson’s dancers across England and Wales online to perform choreography as one company of dancers.
No prior experience is necessary, open and welcome to all!
The event will take place at:
English National Ballet
