Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Ticket Sales

Please note that English National Ballet does not sell tickets to ballet performances. 2. Events

Attending an Event

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject from the venue any person if it believes their presence is likely to cause a nuisance, disturbance or threat to other patrons, the venue or its employees. No refund will be issued.
  • Latecomers will not be admitted after an event has started. For classes, participants over 15 minutes late may not be permitted to attend the class.
  • We reserve the right to make any alterations to the advertised arrangements (including but not limited to the programme, dance artist, instructor or musician) without prior notification and without being obliged to offer a refund or exchange.
  • The use of cameras, tape recorders or any other electronic or digital recording, photographing or imaging devices is not allowed inside our spaces.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are not permitted except where events or classes are cancelled or abandoned when less than half the event or session has taken place.

Class swaps

Both pay-as-you-go bookers and term packages bookers can attend an alternative class, subject to availability, should they have to miss one class whatever the circumstance. We ask that you contact engagement@ballet.org.uk as soon as possible, a minimum of 48hours before the class you expect to miss, and encourage you to attend the alternative class within the current or following week. You must contact us via email to inform us of the class you will miss and which class you hope to attend as a replacement: you will then receive confirmation of whether the space is available to change. We cannot offer refunds except in exceptional circumstances, and class swaps are limited to one per person, per term.

4. Rentals, Purchases and Subscriptions for ENB at Home

These terms govern the use of ENB at Home for rentals, purchases or subscriptions.

We may offer the following purchase options through the ENB at Home website and associated applications:

  • Rental: After paying the stated fee, you may stream the programme an unlimited number of times during the stated rental period.
  • Subscription: For a recurring fee, you may stream the programmes offered within a subscription channel an unlimited number of times during your subscription period. We may add or remove programmes from the channel at any time.

All purchases including recurring charges are final and non-refundable.

Free Trials and Discounts: we may offer free-trial or discounted subscriptions. When a free-trial period ends, your paid subscription begins (unless you have cancelled) and you must pay the full monthly or annual fee. If you have used a discount for the first subscription period, you must pay the discounted fee; in any renewal, you must pay the full fee.

Automatic Renewal: to the extent permitted by applicable law, subscriptions automatically renew for the subscription period until you cancel. Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each subscription period. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the free-trial period unless you cancel before the end of that period.

How to Decline Renewal: To pause or cancel a subscription, visit your account settings. Your changes will be applied to your next subscription period.

In-App Purchase: you may be allowed to purchase subscriptions within apps you download. When you make such “in-app” purchases, you will be billed by the app platform, not by English National Ballet. Age Requirements: You may not create an account if you are younger than 16 years of age. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age, and, to the extent required by law, you have the permission of a parent or guardian to create an account and use the service.

Parents and Guardians: By granting your child permission to use ENB at home through your account, you agree and understand that you are responsible for monitoring and supervising your child’s usage. If you believe your child is using your account and does not have your permission, please contact us immediately so that we can disable access.

Account Security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including unauthorised activity. You must safeguard the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you are using a computer that others have access to, you must log out of your account after each session. If you become aware of unauthorised access to your account, you must change your password and notify us immediately.
